When will I receive my order? It usually takes 3 - 7 days to process an order, after which it is dispatched. The delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

• Europe: 6 - 8 working days
• USA: 3 - 4 working days
• Australia: 2 - 14 working days
• Japan: 4 - 8 working days
• International: 10 - 20 working days

Where will my order be dispatched from?
We work with an on-demand company that fulfils orders with facilities around the world. Depending on where you are, orders are processed and shipped from the facility that can do this most efficiently.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
International orders may be subject to an additional customs and tax fee. This fee is beyond our control and will be assessed by the local customs office. The customs regulations vary from country to country. Therefore, please enquire directly at the local customs office to find out whether customs duties and taxes are levied on your purchases.

How are the products created?
We work together with a print-on-demand dropshipper. They have locations around the world. Depending on where you are, orders are processed and dispatched from the facility and dispatched by the facility that can do this most efficiently.

How can I track my order?

I have received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered has arrived damaged. To help us help us to resolve this quickly, please send us an email within a week with photos of the damaged of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about your order to hello@seekayy.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible suggest a solution.

What is your returns policy?
We work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered, when they are ordered. To avoid overproduction, I ask you to think about the environment and not to order unnecessary products. If there is something wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Do you offer refunds?
